psycho-social disabilities and dual diagnosis.

Our Services

Support Coordination

Nextt helps coordinate all disability services that our clients are entitled to under the NDIS.

Individual and Core Supports

Nextt work with clients to customise an individually tailored support plan which acknowledges their strengths and empowers them to move towards their goals.

Specialist Support Coordination

Our Specialist Support Coordinators assist our clients to find and connect with the services and providers that support their goals.

Attendant Care

High-quality attendant care for clients with high-level needs such as Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). We also have a team of registered nurses who can provide in-home nursing services.

Supported Independent Living

We support suitable candidates find accommodation in group homes and learn the skills they need to thrive in new living situations.

Early Intervention

At the Lizard Centre, we give children the best possible start to life through ABA-based behavioural therapy, speech therapy, social skills and school readiness programs.
